Hey guys. It’s been a while since I’ve been able to post anything and I wanted to thank those of you that have remained subscribed to my site even through my inactivity. As this is a blog to enlighten people about different illnesses, I hope that everyone understands that I too get very sick at times and this is the reason why I may at times disappear. Most recently, I had surgery a few months ago and have still not illy recovered and am also almost incapable of walking. The surgery triggered one of the worst Lupus flare ups I have ever experienced. But thank you all again for your support.
On another note, some of you also know that I’ve been having a lot of issues with the website itself and even though I used a rather shady person to put my website together, all she did was destroy it and run away with my money. But now, with the help of my very good friend John, we have started working to repair the site and turn it into what I always intended it to be. When I first launched, I did so out of pure excitement even though the site still wasn’t fully functional and that was a huge mistake. It made me look incompetent, presenting myself to everyone and making promises about elements of the site that I wanted to introduce but was unable to deliver. Therefore, this time around, I’m going to make sure that everything is fully functional and that all features are available before the 2nd launch of the site. In the meantime, I’ll try and post some useful information whenever I can but it will be infrequent while John and I are working on the site.
I do have some information that I want to share with you guys now and was going to talk about it on this post, but it’s important information that people might need and in order to easily be able to find it in the archives, I’m going to put it up in a few minutes on a separate post. The topic is the social security disability process and I would really love to hear your thoughts on this topic as well.
once again my fellow Lupies, Spoonies, and Butterflies, I am very grateful that you’ve stuck around and I look forward to speaking with you all soon.
